I think it's important to help New Hampshire lead the nation into a new era of prosperity.  I give %25 of my proceeds back to my buyers as a thank you for using my services and helping the cause.  10% goes towards your closing costs.  With your approval the other 15% goes to the organizations below.  Your home purchase can help the fight for Liberty in New Hampshire.  I honor this 25% gift on all referrals too.

The Fine Print: The following should be a moderately clear description of the details of my 25% contribution. Translated into english from what a lawyer might say. So what I am saying is that not all aspects of the transaction are in my control. I will do the best I can to contribute 25% to your closing costs/charities. If someone involved in the transaction says I can't, then I won't contribute. If I don't get paid for some reason, then I won't contribute. This contribution is at my discretion and can be withdrawn or revoked at any time prior to closing. But that would be a bad shortsighted business decision wouldn't it? This offer is for a limited time only. This offer is open to fans of freedom, not just free state project participants. It is here to show dedication to my clients, and help out worthy local organizations. My 25% contribution is derived from 25% of my before tax proceeds that are derived from payment that are a result of your closed property transaction, and you being a client of mine. It is based on actual monies received and cleared into my bank account. Some proceeds go to my Broker and/or franchise fees. This portion is not eligible towards my 25% contribution. I can't contribute unless you are a client of mine. I can't contribute if you are a client or are under contract with another agent or entity. There are no guarantees on a contribution when purchasing a home from a "for sale by owner". They don't always pay me, so I can't pay you. You will receive 25% of whatever I may get from a "FSBO" transaction. Banks can also be difficult when buying a property owned by them. They may refuse this contribution towards your closing costs. The same may go for "short sales". Hopefully you'd be getting such a great deal that you won't care about my contribution. I will not contribute if the bank does not agree. My advertisement and marketing of a 25% contribution towards closing does not guarantee that a contribution will be made. I will disclose my projected proceeds before closing and you can decide on what percentage of the 10% will go towards your closing costs, or the charities of your choice. If you so choose, I make charitable contributions in your name, tax implications are up to you or a qualified tax professional to determine. My 25% contribution, your knowledge of its existence, or your potential use of it does not necessarily indicate that I have any fiduciary duty, agency requirements, or financial obligation to you. I refer to the words "client", "agency", "fiduciary" as they are defined by the New Hampshire Board of Realtors and the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission. All contributions, dissemination of information, and agency relationships are made in accordance with their rules and regulations. This offer ends at my discretion.
